Larry Green received his B.M. at Brigham Young University, and his M.M at Arizona State University. His professional experience includes seven years of guitar instruction at various retail music establishments across Maryland, Idaho, and Utah, and going on 23 years as an instructor at BYU, since 1982. In 1986, Green took on duties as senior lecturer at the BYU School of Music, teaching courses varying from entry level group guitar instruction, to junior level guitar ensemble and pedagogy courses. Green's professional affiliations include membership in the Guitar Foundation of America. Green has extensive solo, orchestral and chamber performance experience, and his studio recordings include "Kingsfold", by Tantara Records at Brigham Young University, "At the River" by Sanctus Records, and "One More Summer" by PST Records. In 1981 Green and his wife Robyn launched the band "Robyn and the Hired Hands", now known as "Crazy Coyote." The family's involvement with the band has spanned over nearly 25 years, as the group has performed at Provo First Night Mainstage, and the Utah County and State Fairs.
